Sprint mobile broadband a good choice
Sprint mobile broadband is available at a cost of $59.99 for 5 GB data transfer which is quite similar to most other service providers. However, there are still pricing advantages with Sprint. The first is that the data plan can be bundled up with their $99.99 Simply Everything plan.
The overall cost would be reduced to $49.99 since the user would get unlimited internet for the phone along with unlimited text messages and voice along with 5 GB internet for the computer. The other advantage is the price if the user exceeds the limit of 5 GB.
For most users a data cap of 5 GB would be quite adequate and hence it is also the most preferred plan for most users in the US today. For most people this plan turns out to be the most affordable. There is an activation fee of $36 but under some circumstances it is often waived off. Sprint offers wireless modems, AirCards and PC cards to users which can range from being totally free to even $119.99 along with a 2 year contract.
There is a fee of $200 for early termination of the contract in the first five months. This fee would be reduced by $10 every month that the connection is used. The minimum termination charge is that of $50.
Data cap
There is a data cap of 5 GB like with most other service providers. Exceeding this usage limit would lead to additional charges which are in fact quite high. There would be a fee of $0.05 for every MB exceeding 5 GB which turns out to be $51.20 for 1 GB. However, when compared to the other service providers, this fee is still quite less. Some service providers even charge anywhere from $256 to $503 for the extra 1 GB which is quite a huge amount.
Smartphones
Today most people use smartphones for mobile data and because of this most service providers also have a data plan which would allow this facility. For Sprint, the data plan is that of $30 every month which is separate from the price of the voice plan.
There would not be a 5 GB limit applicable to the smartphone unless the phone is used as a tethered modem for the computer. For doing that there would be an additional $15 on Sprint and again there would be a cap at 5 GB like the data card.

Wi-Fi
With all the Sprint mobile broadband plans, Wi-Fi connectivity is included. When the laptop or the computer is connected through Wi-Fi the speed would be twice as that of the broadband. Users can use it at any of the Wi-Fi hotspots and even at their office or home if it is available.
The best thing about using Wi-Fi is that the connections are faster than the mobile broadband. Also, another benefit is that the data usage would not be counted into the 5 GB limit for data so it is a great way to prevent any added expenses by exceeding the data limit.
