TalkTalk, who are best known for their high-speed packet at home have joined forces with Vodafone, one of the largest ISPs in the United Kingdom to offer their customers mobile broadband alongside their existing services.
TalkTalk currently intends to use the Vodafone network to run at low monthly cost to their customers, and currently have a large customer base of about 4.2 million.
Vodafone offer mobile broadband download speeds of up to 7 , 2 Mbps and have won a few awards in mobile broadband Vodafone recent years make the perfect choice to partner with.
The TalkTalk deal between Vodafone and was named "The Mobile Virtual Network Operation" or MVNO for short, and should start in late 2010 substantive.
TalkTalk end their relationship with mobile phone retailer Carphone Warehouse in April this year (which has its own MVNO agreement with Vodafone) and have had great success with their packages at low cost broadband at home, winning a significant share broadband at home.
Charles Dunstone, Chairman of Talk Talk Talk Talk is believed to maintain their momentum in the broadband market due to their "straight-forward, value for money broadband and voice services."
