Once done with the copying, the content can simply be pasted into the Speak it! field. With contents pasted, the app automatically reads it in loud and clear manner similar to the usual text to speech software available by PCs.  With its capabilities, the app can be used for personal and business matters.  Like talking personal digital assistant, reminders or announcements can be encoded earlier to serve the user on specified dates and times.  For those who no longer have very good eyesight, the app can facilitate in reading out messages and documents.

In a brief glance at the text to speech engine, it may seem to be very complicated software.  However, when one gets to use it even for the first time, such impression would surely vanish.  The interface of Speak it! is actually user-friendly.  There are no special commands or series of buttons to click before it can be utilized.  All that it requires is just a simple copy and paste operation.  If not, iPhone and iPad users can also just type the text in the field and it would be read back to them.   Its most admired feature though is when users decide to send more interesting audio messages instead of emails.  This can be quite convenient for those who would rather have their mails read to them.

Unlike the usual text to speech engine already incorporated in PC operating systems, the speaking speed and volume can be easily adjusted in the Speak it! application.  For users who want to have a variety of voices and accents available on their iPad or iPhones, they can simply purchase these in the Speak it! store.  They can just pick a choice between American and British accents, as well as male and female voices.
